A healthy you can also mean a boost in self-confidence, an important quality to maintain as you age.

From Pilates to yoga for seniors, places like the YMCA offer various fitness programs for the elderly. Check out your local seniors center for listings of group exercises that they offer. From time to time, senior centers will offer free elderly fitness classes so be sure to keep updated with any promotions or offers. If you’re looking for a more intense workout, you could also consider looking into personal training for seniors.
