What is adult day care ?

Adult day care is a social program that provides a fun and safe learning environment for adults requiring a supported day. Our team works with clients and their families to identify activity interests that can be completed while at the day care. The R&R adult day care can provide support and encouragement to enhance and improve the independence of our clients in everyday life.

Client-Based Communication

We provide age appropriate and individualized instruction to clients based on their cognitive level.

Active Listening

By being attentive to verbal language, body language and moods we learn how each of our clients should be listened to.

Sharing Empathy

We empathize and accept all of our clients’ emotions, feelings, and opinions.

We use laughter and humour to help engage our clients feelings of togetherness and friendship.
